Our Accident & Health team provides flexible insurance products to meet the risk management needs of diverse populations in select markets. This includes employer groups, associations, affinity groups, higher education and other niche markets.

We offer program management and underwriting guidance to our partners who provide access to modern, affordable accident and health solutions to their clients. Our partners include insurance and reinsurance brokers, managing general underwriters, managing general agents, third party administrators and insurtechs.

To deliver the greatest level of flexibility for our partners, we also provide access to multiple risk-bearing entities, such as Domestic US admitted paper with SiriusPoint America Insurance Company; International paper with SiriusPoint International Insurance Company and SiriusPoint Bermuda; Excess & Surplus paper with SiriusPoint Speciality Insurance Company; and Lloyd’s Syndicate 1945.

We also offer our own risk sharing vehicle through Alstead Re, a Class 3 Segregated Cell Captive. Alstead Re is a cost-efficient captive solution which supports capital accumulation and risk participation.
