Congratulations to Ramiz Mohamed and Ilya Eidenzon who have been featured as part of Intelligent Insurer’s Leaders Under 40, a group of professionals who are making a significant contribution to the (re)insurance industry. According to Intelligent Insurer, the list “recognizes excellence and highlights those who are truly making their mark.”
As part of the feature, Ramiz and Ilya took part in a Q&A with the publication, in which they discussed their careers to date, their biggest challenges, leadership, what they found most rewarding, and ambitions for the future. They also discuss why they would recommend the industry to young people choosing a career path.
