President and CEO, SiriusPoint International, Rob Gibbs, gave his thoughts on the talent pipeline within the reinsurance sector during this year’s Monte Carlo Rendezvous.
As well as finding talent who can work with evolving technologies and data, Rob believes “the (re)insurance sector has always been a people industry where experts leverage their relationships to deliver for our mutual clients. This is key and cannot be underestimated or forgotten.”
