This year’s International Women’s Day theme is Inspire Inclusion. When we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there’s a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment. In the video below, our colleagues tell us who inspires them and why. We were also joined by Sharon Ludlow, a member of the SiriusPoint Board, who talks about who inspires her, advice for those just starting their careers, and how she empowers women around her.

They took part in a Q&A telling us their advice for women just starting their careers, what they do to inspire and empower others, and why some of them have decided to join and lead our Women in SiriusPoint network.
